What changes when youknow your superpower.
Most people spend years working on what they are bad at. This shows you what you are already good at, so you can do more of it.
Stop guessing what you are good at
You get a ranked list of fourteen strengths with a number next to each one. The one at the top is the thing people already come to you for.
Pick the next chapter that fits you
A new job, retirement, or a fresh start. You will know what to lead with instead of trying to be good at everything.
Get on better with the people around you
Once you can name your strength, you can see where it helps and where it causes trouble, like being the calm one who never says what is wrong.
Do something with it this week
Every strength comes with things to try at home, at work, and with friends. Small and specific, like asking one better question in your next meeting.
Where your superpowershows up.
Your report takes your top strength and shows how to use it in four parts of your life, with real examples for each one.

The sciencein plain words.
The questions come from the International Personality Item Pool. It is a public set of questions that researchers have used for decades, so anyone can read them and check them. Personality research keeps finding the same broad traits in every country it is tried in, and that is the model we use.
Your answers become scores. We compare each score with 37,576 people aged 40 to 70. If your Warmth is at the 80th percentile, you scored higher than 80 out of every 100 people in that group. That is all a percentile means here.

What people say
I love Monday mornings again
I was stuck in the same job for 12 years. The report showed Curiosity was my top strength and gave me three things to try. Three months later I retrained as a lab technician and I love Monday mornings again.
Best money I have spent on myself in years
It named Warmth as my superpower and gave me a plan. I started a Saturday walking group from the next steps page. Eighteen months on I have more friends at 64 than I did at 40.
Used it in a job interview
They asked the strengths question and instead of saying hard worker I talked about Considered Judgment and used the example from the report about slowing a decision down before signing off. Got the job.
Composure came out on top. My wife laughed and said she could have told me that for free. Still, the part about where it gets in the way at home, like going quiet in an argument, was worth the money on its own.
ok so i only did this because my mum sent it to me lol. top thing is Follow-Through which tracks, i am the one in every group project who actually submits it. the bit about picking work where finishing matters was weirdly useful
My daughter said I seemed like a different person
I expected a horoscope. Instead every claim had a paper behind it with a link. Knowing my strength is Composure changed how I handle every hard conversation at work and at home. My daughter noticed before I did.
I retired from teaching in June and had no idea what to do with myself. Warmth came out top, with Compassion just behind. Not a surprise, but seeing it as a number next to thousands of other people was. I now do two mornings a week at the hospice shop and it is the best part of my week.
Curiosity, 94th percentile 🙃 explains the 40 open tabs. The action list gave me a way to use it at work instead of just reading about random things at 1am.
Worth it
Twelve minutes. One payment. A report I actually went back to.
Taking Charge came out top. I run a small plumbing firm and always felt guilty for being the bossy one. The report put it as the reason the crew shows up on time. Different feeling going to work now.
Took it with my husband on a Sunday. Different superpowers, his is Order and mine is Adaptability, and honestly the report explained twenty years of arguments about packing for holidays.
my dad did this and would not stop talking about it so I did it too. we compared. his is Integrity, mine is Sociability. checks out 😂
Honest about the low scores
The growth edges part was honest without being nasty. Optimism is my low one. It suggested writing down one thing that went right each day. I have kept it up for three weeks.
Quick, no account, printed it and stuck it on the fridge.
